DIRECTOR’S STATEMENT

The core idea for this film stems from a recent death in my own family, and the unusual circumstances my parents have been living in since. The emotional ideas I wish to explore are inspired by my mother’s experience in the time since my grandmother’s death. As her and my father have been living in my grandmother’s vacant home since she died, as well as through her time in hospital.
